Cancellation Policy

At Zyenaa, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers can cancel orders placed through our website.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@zyenaa.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • However, you may initiate a return after delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Prepaid Orders

  • For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window, the full amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during checkout.

4. Cancellation by Zyenaa

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or discontinued
  • Payment verification fails
  • The shipping address is incomplete or unserviceable
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

In such cases, a full refund will be issued (if applicable), and the customer will be notified via email.
