1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at support@zyenaa.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
2. Orders Already Shipped
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you may initiate a return after delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
3. Prepaid Orders
- For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window, the full amount will be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during checkout.
4. Cancellation by Zyenaa
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- The item is out of stock or discontinued
- Payment verification fails
- The shipping address is incomplete or unserviceable
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
In such cases, a full refund will be issued (if applicable), and the customer will be notified via email.
